Such great questions you've asked of one another. And, 'That shifted when I started writing realistic stories that more closely resonate on the same frequency as my actual life' is so interesting to me, Troy. I think I had assumed that that must be how all fiction authors begin, as projecting too far outside of oneself seems sort of unimaginable (though I suppose, some people can?). And, I suppose, it's a skill which can be honed. Fascinating. Thank you, both. 💜
